Verify a Verum Code.
Every licensed brand carries its own code beneath the Verum Seal. Enter it, pick the lot number printed on your pack, and see the Certificate of Analysis of the CreaVerum batch inside.

This code belongs to one licensed brand and is printed on all of its packs. Below are the product lots the brand has released with CreaVerum® inside — pick the lot number from your pack to open the certificate behind it.
Find the lot number on your pack.
It is the brand’s production code, usually printed on the bottom or near the best-before date — for example L2341923. One code per brand, one certificate per lot: the code never changes, and each new lot is linked to the CreaVerum batch delivered for it.

CreaVerum batch CRV5-26F-01
Batch-specific release document for CreaVerum® Creatine Monohydrate. Every batch carries one; the brand’s Verum Code and the lot number on the pack lead to it.
This lot conforms to specification.
CreaVerum® Creatine Monohydrate · micronised, 500 mesh grade · C₄H₉N₃O₂ · H₂O · CAS 6020-87-7 · MW 149.15 g/mol
On the basis of the results below, this lot is released against specification TDS·CRV·500 rev. 1.3. Storage: at normal temperature, away from heat and light. Retest 24 months from manufacture in original, unopened packaging.

Testing. Assay, identification and organic impurities are determined by the USP monograph procedure for creatine monohydrate at SGS Institut Fresenius GmbH, Berlin (Germany). Heavy metals and microbiological parameters are determined at ALS Czech Republic, s.r.o., Prague (Czech Republic). Full analytical data in Annex A; the original laboratory reports are appended to every issued certificate.
Proof a customer can check. The Verum Code on the finished pack, together with the product lot number, resolves at creaverum.com/verify to this batch’s published assay, impurity and heavy-metal results. Not a claim — a lookup.
Result
No batch found for this code.
The code VRM · ···· does not match any licensed brand in our records.
What to check:
- The code is printed beneath the Verum Seal in the form VRM · XXXX · XXXX. Letters and digits only; dots and spaces don’t matter.
- Zero and the letter O, one and the letter I are easy to confuse — try the alternative.
- Codes are issued to licensed brands only; a pack from a non-licensed product carries no Verum Code.
If you believe the code is genuine, email info@creaverum.com with a photo of the pack and the code. We investigate every report.
How it works
One code per brand. One certificate per lot.
Every licensed brand gets its own Verum Code, printed once beneath the seal on all its packs. It never changes and is never shared with another brand.
Each time the brand releases a new product lot, we link that lot to the Certificate of Analysis of the CreaVerum® batch we delivered for it.
Type the code, pick your lot number, and read the results of the batch inside — assay, impurities, heavy metals and microbiology, tested by an independent EU laboratory.
